I don’t know about you but I LOVE a good dupe. Sometimes you don’t want to spend $50 on an eyeshadow palette or it’s sold out and you want it like yesterday. 😫
We tested out the Urban Decay Naked 3 & the Makeup Revolution Iconic 3 to see if they were similar. We swatched them and used them on the eyes and here is what we found.
Here is the Urban Decay Naked 3. This palette was brand new before swatching. It swatched beautifully and was super blendable and creamy like my Naked Heat palette.
Here is the Makeup Revolution Iconic 3. It also swatched beautifully. The shades are pigmented and creamy and blend well on the eyes.
So, are they dupes??
Yes! The palette colors and texture are almost exactly the same on the majority of shades. There are a few shades in the Iconic 3 that are slightly more warm as you can see from the swatches. I also really like the Iconic 3 super dark shade better than the Naked. It’s creamier and just feels a lot nicer.
Overall, I would say the palettes are incredibly similar so if you don’t want to spend $54 on the Naked 3, I would get the Iconic 3 for $7 ( it’s currently on sale for $5.25 at Ulta) .
Thanks for stopping by! If you would like to see more dupes or have recommendations on posts you would like to see, leave us a comment below and make sure you follow us on social media. ❤️
Here is a super simple everyday makeup look using ColourPop pressed shadows & Lime Crime Velvetine Matte liquid lip in Sasha.
If you have never tried anything by Sol De Janeiro, let me bring you to the dark side or should I say, sunny Brazil side. I originally bought the tiny travel size jar of the Brazilian Bum Bum Cream at Sephora after seeing people post about it smelling amazing. They ain’t lying’.
So let’s break each product down:
Brazilian Bum Bum Cream Retail Value: $45.00
Size: 8.1 oz/ 240 mL ( Full Size) Available at: Sephora
First let me say, they are not wrong is saying it smells amazing. This product smells like the beach and a cake made a baby. Idk why but that mix smells SOO good.
The texture of this cream is amazing. I am NOT a fan of any oily lotions and can not stand when a lotion takes forever to dry on my skin. This cream is not like that. I can rub this all over my body and it will dry rather quickly. My skin stays moisturized with a little shimmery glow which rocks during the summer. I mean who doesn’t want a little shimmer on that awesome summer tan. It does provide a bit of firming. I wouldn’t say it is a “omg, I look like I just has lipo” firming but it does make your skin feel a touch firmer. I ended up liking this product so much I used all of the tiny jar and bought a huge one.
Non- oily feel
Firming ( I’m honestly not sure that it does that much but I’ll be honest I’m not helping it by eating Chick Fil A on the regular either.)
Brazilian 4 Play Moisturizing Shower Cream Gel Retail Value: $25
Size: 13 oz/ 385 mL Available at: Sephora
I purchased this product to see if it was as great as the cream and I am really pleased with it. It is a very creamy body wash that feels incredibly moisturizing and also smells great. A little bit of this goes a long way which is great considering the price. Theres not an overabundance to review on this one since its a simple body wash but I really like it and it does the job well.
A little goes a long way
Doesn’t leave a residue
Brazilian Kiss Cupuacu Lip Butter Retail Value: $18.00
Size: Not listed Available at: Sephora
This is by far my most used and most loved product. This lip balm comes in a HUGE tube, smells amazing and feels SO AMAZING on the lips. I tested out lipsense and that product butchered my lips. I started using this with my Origins Lip Saver and it brought them back to silky smooth so quickly. I keep this in my purse and use it all the time. It has such a smooth application and really does moisturize the lips. It is pricey for a lip balm but I feel like it is worth it for the amount of product you get. I couldn’t find the details on size online but its not a small tube by any means.
Doesn’t taste horrible
Overall I would highly recommend these products. They are all sold on Sephora. I purchased all of these myself so this review is 100% unbiased and not sponsored. I really love Sol De Janeiro’s branding and their products and I hope to try more soon.

So I was surfing Facebook the other day and stumbled across these Snap & Shop Trays that you snap on the shopping cart to hold snacks for your kids. I don’t know about you guys but my son is horrible when it comes to snacks in the store. He makes a HUGE mess and I feel like that hot mess mom who leaves tons of messes for the Target employees. Sorry Target! Please don’t end our amazing relationship.
When I saw them I immediately thought they were awesome. Checked them out and the price was super reasonable so I ordered 2. They were $14.99 and shipped free. I ordered them and received them in about a week by USPS. You can find them HERE. They came in a few different color options so I ordered a pink one for my 6 year old and a aqua colored one for my 2 year old.
I really loved how durable and easy to use these trays are. You can throw them in your purse or diaper bag which is always a must in my house.
We tested the aqua one out at Target and it worked so well. Easy to use and really didn’t get flimsy or feel like it was going to fall off the cart at all. I was also able to easily re-attach the lid if my son wasn’t using it.
Overall, I really love these trays and will be using them A LOT. For $15, you can’t beat them. These get our mommy seal of approval.

Cora and I decided we are going to start doing a series with different products every month. To start May favorites I am doing my favorite lip products. These are the lip items I have been reaching for the most.
This months favorites just happen to be ColourPop.
First up I also try to keep my lips moisturized and exfoliated. I am using the Origins Lip Remedy currently and really love it.
Matte Lips are always in but since its Spring transitioning to Summer its the perfect time to wear those pretty purples, nudes and rose pinks. My favorite matte this month is ColourPop Matte Lip in the shade Milk Bottle from the Hello Kitty Collection. Unfortunately this one is no longer available on ColourPop’s site but you could probably find it in the B/S/T part of Colourpop Fanatics Facebook group run by the awesome Adelina. You can find this group by following the link HERE.

Here is a quick video we put together doing an eye look with the Lorac: Pirates of the Caribbean| Dead Men Tell No Tales Eye Palette and Cheek Palette. I have the blush Caribbean and the highlighter Star Reader on in the video. As always, I’m a mom so if seeing kids in the background bothers you, well too bad.
I’ll post an in depth review of these palettes soon with all my thoughts.

Hey GlamBar Girls!
Recently I have been in the market for a new conditioner for my mermaid locks. I asked on my Facebook what everyone’s favorite conditioner was. A few stood out for me to try but as I was quickly vetoing several due to ingredients, one stood out to me the most. Bumble&Bumble Hairdressers Invisible Oil just sounded so incredibly right for my mermaid locks!
The description says “6 featherlight oils that helps soften, silken and tame” All the things I needed to tame the frizz that this nasty Florida weather causes! To much of my surprise after the first use, it did exactly that!
Shoutout to Savannah for this recommendation 😽 Thanks boo!
Here is the link I used to purchase mine!

I hope everyone has an amazing week!
